Who is responsible
This website is run by Taylor Diamandis. I am the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach me at TheRealTaylorDiamandis@gmail.com.
What I collect and why
When you send me a message through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, what your enquiry is about, the event date if you give one, and your message. I use this only to answer you and, if you book me, to plan and carry out the booking.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The contact form uses a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that works without tracking you across websites.
Who processes the data for me
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the spam check. As part of delivering the site it processes technical data such as your IP address.
- Resend delivers the contact form message to my inbox.
- Google (Gmail) provides the inbox where I read and answer your message.
These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, and messages are not stored on the website itself.
How long I keep it
I keep your message for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any booking that follows, and delete enquiries that did not lead to a booking within 12 months. If a booking leads to an invoice, I keep the bookkeeping records for five years, as Danish bookkeeping rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to my use of it, or receive it in a portable format. Write to TheRealTaylorDiamandis@gmail.com and I will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.dk.
